Well for only the 2nd time this seaon Houston win at home. The Houston fans went up just after the 23rd minute when Medinna scored. At half time the Houston fans were upbeat about their chances in the second half. They were rewarded in the 66th minute when Medinna racked up his second and gave the long suffering season ticket holders something to cheer about. Houstons midfielder B_Narns takes a minor butt tweak this week which must take a bit of the gloss off the win for Iggy. An absolute bucket load of players for both teams returning from injury/suspension. Alvarez, Good, Gunner and Lihhma are all back while Frogner get Rundgren back but lose Onkoshi through suspension. |

Although Spartak took the expected 3 points from the still badly out of form Levski, the team and the manager would have prefered it came at a slightly lower price. The game started very brightly with 3 goals in the first 15 minutes. Spartak went 2 up before Levski pulled 1 back from an infringement by Sokota which led to a penalty. Cadet made sure of the points in the 71st minute and the game was over. The fallout from the game is going to bite Spartak. After being one of the luckier teams so far this season with injuries and suspensions, the wheels are starting to wobble. Hendrix suspended for 2 games, Sokota also suspended, but only for 1 game, their young utility player Monday is out for 4 weeks and will only be back for the last game of the season. Some of the Bench players are quite happy as they now get a go to show their stuff. |

Paris dominate in a game that saw them end Barnsleys unbeaten run and also move to within 1 pt of the leaders Caledonia. After only the single A_Orr goal in the first half the second came alive with 3 goals in under 25 minutes. Orr picked up his 2nd in the 59th then Jones gave the home fans some hope when he scored 7 minutes later. Eugene confirmed the points for Paris when he put the ball into the net just 3 minutes later. Paris will be also pleased with the return of 3 players. Cosinus, Sonetti and Albert all make a welcome return from suspension. Sarma will be pissed off with the shooting increase for midfielder Elmoor and the injury to Lambert which has just been reported as sending him to the sideline for 3 weeks. The one bright, well slightly muddy gray spot, for Barnsley is that Mickley was not badly injured and so will be available next week. |

Well bugger me with a fishfork! The shock defeat of the entire season, hell, the entire GISL history. Caledonia gets, not just beaten, but hammered at home by the relegation bait Pasmaters. It was a dream start for Pasmaters, Lazanga scored in the 10th minute, but as shocked as the Caledonia players were they didn't panic. Bindinho equalised just a minute later but this would only last 5 minutes before Lazanga (who must have been inspired by the golden haired boy) banged his second in. Tarkel saved some Caledonian face when he again brought them level. It was at this point that the Caledonians noticed that although 4 goals had been scored…..not one of them had been taken by the mighty Leo. I think this shook them up because from then on it was all one way traffic….into Caledonias net. Lazanga got his hattrick in the 40th minute, then Diehard and Jensen got into the act to complete the shock of the season. Wow. For once this season a Caledonia player did not get a skill increase (slight exaggeration I know), Pasmaters however, got 2. Ilic escaped shaft free but Xaxkax copped a feel. Both teams had a player suspended for next game, but I imagine Cagri would be feeling better about that than Shane. |

Saskatoons 3 - 0 demolition of Api means the they are now just 1 pt behind them on the table, it also means that they have now taken points from over 50% of their games and they can also boast a positive goal difference. Their main striker Bong got himself on the scoresheet twice and made some ground on the seemingly untouchable Leo in the golden boot award. The unlikely named E_Eeeee also bagged himself a goal sealing Saskatoon the much needed points. Once again another minor shafting for the winning team. K_Do the victim this time. Saskatoon join Spartak losing 3 players this week, Spartaks were to suspension and injury, Saskatoon lose their 3 to suspension . Ieja is gone for 2 games, Melita and Bong for 1. They did however get off lightly in comparison to Api who lost Agpensa for the rest of the season. This is a serious blow for Api as he is their 2nd highest skilled player. |

The only movement this week was the swapping of positions of Barnsley and Houston. Paris gave Barnsley a football lesson and Houston posted only their 2nd home win. All else is stable. At least for the moment. |

The shock of the season is that Leo didn't
score this week (This is the second shock of the season.. oh well who
cares). Did he play? Bong, Medinna, and Lazanga are the only top 5 players
who scored this week. |
While Leo may have been sleeping this week
Bindi wasn't and extends his lead in the race to be the winner in the
Assists race. |

It's becoming a bit of a log jam up at the pointy end of the thug club with all 10 thugs within 6 pts of each other. The highlight was that Ieja jumped into 3rd place with a truly unforgettable performance. | Even though he didn't score, Leo manages to pull 9 points back on the leader Jones who, although he played, did sod all this week. |

Welcome to the slightly new look 3rd Division Report. Hopefully this will look slightly better on lower resolution monitors. Well what a week in the GISL 3rd Divsion this was. The biggest news was the shock defeat of the top team in the Division by the 9th placed Pasmaters. 20 goals were scored this weekend and there were no draws. For more information read on. |
